Personal Xperience

Juicing has been a key component in wellness journey. Cucumbers, watermelon, apples, celery, grapes, and strawberries are some of my favorite fruits and vegetables to juice. Juicing has given me a fresh start to my day, nutrients, and multiple thirst-quenching beverages I can enjoy.

Although it is time consuming, juicing can be a great asset in your wellness journey. Personally, my favorite juice recipe is watermelon and grapes. Nutrition

Yes it is important to have a consistent schedule with physical activity, and valuable to acheive your wellness goals and set new ones. Both of these components are not achieveable if your diet is not up to par. Nutrition is the most important factor in enjoying true wellness. With having an healthy diet you are preparing your body to combat not only vigirous physical activity, but also diseases, unhealthy weight gain, and health complications. Having a good nutrition plan can benefit individuals not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spritually. There are a number of foods that can help achieve a good nutritonal diet. Fruits and vegetables are great foods to help maintain a healthy diet. Some fruits and vegetables I enjoy consuming are: asparagus, apples, bananas, grapes, cucumbers, squash, straberries, and green beans. Also, meats such as chicken, salmon, and turkey are some good examples of good nutritional products. Having a healthy diet can improve overall body function and movement, and can enhance muscle mass and tone.

One method I enjoy doing to maintain a healthy diet is meal prepping. My love for cooking has allowed me to try new combonation of dishes and create meals preps I can enjoy throughtout the week. Meal prepping can be very beneficial as it is time consuming, easily accessible, and detailed to give you a great nutrtional meal.
